Nicki Minaj is starting her new year on a high note by continuing her rounds of television appearances.
The Young Money mistress most recently joined comedian Joan Rivers on E!’s “Fashion Police” where she donned a colorful blond wig and played ‘Starlet Or Streetwalker’, judging celebrity’s fashion choices.
