3 dead after shooting at San Jose State University
Three people are dead following a shooting at San Jose State University.
According to CNN, the shooting took place in a parking garage on the university’s campus.
University spokeswoman Pat Lopes Harris said university police responded to a report of a possible shooting and found two people dead on the fifth floor of the garage. The third person was taken to a hospital and died upon arrival.
The identities of the victims have not been, and it’s unknown if they were San Jose State University students.
Harris also said police do not believe the shooting was a drive-by, gang-related nor robbery-motivated.
An estimated 30,000 students attend the San Jose public university.
