will.i.am To Release New Solo Album “Black Einstein”
Black Eyed Peas front-man will.i.am is working on a new solo album titled Black Einstein.
Black Eyed Peas member Fergie confirmed the new will.i.am album in an interview with Hollywood Scoop.
“I believe Will is coming out with a solo album, I’ve heard it, it’s called Black Einstein, and it’s amazing,” Fergie said. “I’ve been waiting for him to come out with this for so long, ’cause I want it. He won’t give it to me. I want it for the gym. He’s so amazing. Such a genius lyricist and I’m really excited for his project.”
The Black Einstein will be will.i.am’s four solo album.
The producer/rapper released his first solo album, Lost Change, on Atlantic Records in 2001.
He followed that album, with two more solo albums, Must B 21 in 2003, and Songs About Girls in 2007, both on Interscope Records.
As a group, the Black Eyed Peas have sold over 60 million records worldwide.
