Mr. 106 & Park, Bow Wow, gets back to his day job as he joins Lil Wayne and DJ Khaled for his new record “We Bout That (Eat The Cake).”

So So Def Records will be celebrating their 20th anniversary of existence and release this record to commemorate the occasion. 

Contrary to what some may believe Bow Wow is really enjoying his new gig as co-host of BET’s 106 & Park. In an interview with DJ Whoo Kid, the Cash Money rapper talked up his day job something serious.

Bow Wow wants a piece of that “Diced Pineapples” action. Tyga and Fabolous have both tried their hand at spitting over Rick Ross’ and the Drake-assisted ode to the fruity joys of going below the border.

Look, whether you see Bow Wow’s new position at BET as host of their flagship program, 106 & Park as an attempt to stay relevant or you’re in the belief that the Atlanta rapper needs a job to support his kids,  then you are very well entitled to that opinion.

Earlier today, BET ended speculation on the new host of 106 & Park when the network announced Ms. Mykie, Paigon, Shorty Da Prince and Bow Wow as the new hosts of the show.

It looks like the search is over. After scouring tons of auditions to replace Terrance J and Rocsi Diaz as hosts of 106 & Park, it looks like Black Entertainment Television has found their crew.

Bow Wow is going through some professional changes with his forthcoming Underrated album, and has decided to put the project on the back burner– for the time being.
