The legendary De La Soul have one of the strongest album catalogs in Hip-Hop history, so it’s best to place your bets with the trio as they prepare their next body of work.

De La Soul got in the game early with the exclusive Nikes way back in 2005 and the Long Island trio has re-upped with a new pair of SB Dunks. Back in lo and high top models, they actually flip the original release.  

De La Soul drops a holiday treat, with a strong message, called “The People,” featuring Public Enemy’s Chuck D.

Veteran rap trio De La Soul thrilled fans last month by unleashing the Smell The Da.I.S.Y. mixtape last month, featuring the crew’s classic bars over J Dilla production. The free download was well-received, but now fans can have the audio experience pouring from their turntables after the crew pressed up the release on vinyl.

Hip-Hop fans who have been salivating over the recent De La Soul songs on J. Dilla beats will practically implode when they tune into the group’s Smell The Da.I.S.Y. mixtape.

De La Soul drops another sort of the new record today called “Vocabulary Spills,” which is produced by J. Dilla. The song is from the forthcoming  Smell The D.A.I.S.Y. mixtape.

De La Soul celebrated the 25th anniversary of their classic debut, 3 Feet High and Rising, yesterday. Today (March 4), the Long Island trio drop a J Dilla produced song called “Dilla Plugged In.” 

On March 3, 1989, Hip-Hop would be forever carved out a niche thanks to the eclecticism, uniqueness and flavor De La Soul initiated with their debut album 3 Feet High and Rising.

De La Soul did right by their fans on this Valentine’s Day by sharing (most of) their entire catalog via their website. Also included in the batch of tunes was photos from their upcoming book.
