21 Savage was honored with a proclamation officially declaring Dec. 21 as "21 Savage Day" in the state of Georgia. The proclamation ceremony, conducted by State Representative Billy Mitchell, took place at an annual holiday gift event hosted by the rapper's Leading By Example Foundation in Stone Mountain on Wednesday.
