Fat Joe is taking his pen game to the publishing industry. He has announced that he will be releasing his first ever book later this year.

This week, Rick Ross took to social media to announce his memoir Hurricanes. Highly anticipated, and expected to tell his coming of age story amid Miami’s crack epidemic, Rozay’s book will most likely join the ranks of some of rap’s best memoirs.

Prodigy, who makes up one-half of the longtime rap duo Mobb Deep, took fans for quite a turn with the release of his 2011 autobiography, My Infamous Life: The Autobiography of Mobb Deep’s Prodigy. Next year, the Hempstead, Long Island native aims to release both a prison-themed cookbook and a follow-up memoir.
