Earlier this week Tekashi 6ix9ine‘s lawyer filed for a motion to have him serve out his two year sentence in the comfort of his own home due to fear of retaliation for alllll his snitching while behind bars.
Tekashi 6ix9ine is a marked man in the bing and he knows it. The infamous Brooklyn rapper’s lawyer filed paperwork requesting his client serve out his 2-year sentence for racketeering charges at home out of fear for his safety.
Regardless of how much he tries to make things right in the eyes of the federal government, Tekashi 6ix9ine just can’t seem to catch a break (karma?).
Last week Tekashi 6ix9ine learned that even after throwing half of New York to the federal lions, he was still prison bound as he was sentenced to two years behind bars followed by 5 years of probation (better than 47 though).
Tekashi 6ix9ine was facing up to 47 years in the bing before he willingly turned state’s evidence and started telling in everybody. For his efforts, he didn’t get to walk free but did get a relatively light two-year sentence, and he may be getting out ever sooner.
Tekashi69 may think he has the streets fooled, but after being reamed by a judge during his sentencing—the mother of his daughter has come forward to expose him for who he really is.
Tekashi 6ix9ine proved to be an incredible government witness, with his testimony leading to the arrest of numerous associates in the Nine Trey gang he was affiliated with. However, today (Dec. 18), in court, the judge toll the Brooklyn rapper that would not be enough to free him with “time served.”
Tekashi 6ix9nine will be learning his fate today (Dec. 18). A couple of victim impact statements sent to the judge in the case stress the rapper needs to pay for his crimes rather than walk free, though.
