Dr. Conrad Murray Charged With Involuntary Manslaughter Of Michael Jackson
Dr. Conrad Murray, the man being held responsible for the death of Michael Jackson has officially been charged with involuntary manslaughter.
Prosecutors filed a complaint against Dr. Murray Monday saying that he acted “unlawfully and without malice” resulting in the death of the pop star.
He appeared in a federal court room yesterday to hear the charges while several members of the Jackson family were present including Joe Jackson, LeToya Jackson and Jermaine Jackson.
He was told by a judge that he could not to be in possession of or prescribe any drugs, Propofol in particular and his bail was set at $75,000.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges before making bail and will appear in court again on April 5.
