In 2009 actor Shia LaBeouf admitted to Playboy that he’d been on one date with the pop Princess back in ’07 but “the spark wasn’t there.”
“[I was] filming a sword fight when I got the message. I said, ‘Can this be my life?’ “ LaBeouf told Playboy about how he was first contacted by the singer. The two later decided via text message to meet up.
“It never got beyond one date,” he added. “The spark wasn’t there. We weren’t passionate about each other in that way, so we remain friends.”
