Tyler, the Creator must be very good friends with Justin Bieber. The rapper/producer took to Twitter to admit that he was driving Bieber’s car Memorial Day Weekend when neighbors spotted the Ferrari zooming through the streets of the Calabasas neighborhood. However, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is certain it was the Biebs pushing the whip.
VIBE reports that a video exists showing Tyler behind the wheel of the car indulging in some reckless behavior. The confession, however, came about after the Odd Future member tweeted a statement on June 1 that read, “That Was Me Behind The Wheel Of Justins Vehicle. Don’t Blame Him. People Are Actually Evil Swearing Up And Down That It Was Who It Wasnt.”
The “people” in question are former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson, who is a neighbor of the “Boyfriend” singer and doesn’t buy the story.
“I know the difference between a black kid driving a car and a white kid driving a car,” the Johnson told TMZ. “I got biracial kids. I know the difference!” He went on to say that he spotted Justin with his own eyes riding the whip, and that Bieber feels “entitled.”
Today (June 4), TMZ reports that authorities have a pair of witnesses that place Bieber behind the wheel of the car.
Nevertheless, Bieber is being a good sport about all of it. He responded to Tyler’s tweet a day later saying, “all good buddy. i deal with this everyday. thanks though. the baby aint mine either.”
Hilarious. While we don’t really know who was driving the pricey automobile, the video proof should clear it all up. One thing is for certain: this means Lil Twist is out of the hot water for now.
