A 20-year-old man died from what appears to have been from a drug overdose after attending the Mad Decent Block Party last Friday in Maryland. Around 20 other individuals were treated in local hospitals for possible drug-related issues as well.

As reported by the Huffington Post, Howard County police identified the deceased as Tyler Fox Viscardi of North Carolina. There were also several instances of underage drinking and drug use at the Merriweather Post Pavilion event, leading to the critical condition of one teenage boy.

More from HuffPost:

A 17-year-old male from Virginia, whose name has not been released, was among the concert-goers who were hospitalized. Officials say he is in critical condition.

Viscardi was transported to a local hospital around 9 p.m. Friday and was pronounced dead shortly thereafter. Though a drug overdose is suspected, officials have yet to confirm the cause of death. Authorities are reportedly working to determine what type of drugs were in his system.

Mad Decent founder and featured performer Diplo tweeted out a message Saturday in relation to the incidents, stating the label was “saddened” by the news. Police issued 50 underage drinking tickets, and made three arrests for domestic assault, assault on a police officer, and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
