The 2013 BET Hip-Hop Awards aired last night, and as always, the event was full of memorable moments. The infamous cyphers may be the talk of the town, but the show also delivered a gang of performances from noteworthy MCs like Meek Mill, Kendrick Lamar, 2 Chainz, Rick Ross, Diddy, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Diddy, and more.
Meek kicked things off by performing the mood changing “Dreams & Nightmares Intro” and the energetic street heater “Levels” with the whole Philly behind him. Next up was the Hair Weave Killer, who gave a live rendition of “Used 2” with assistance from Mannie Fresh and Juvenile.
Those sightings pretty much set the tone for the night, as the aforementioned MCs and a bevy of others took the stage. See it all in the gallery on the following pages.
