The Houston Rockets have enlisted Travis Scott to design a limited run of 2017 playoffs t-shirts.
With team MVP James Harden still managing how to live with the Lil B curse, it looks like the Rockets are hoping some hometown magic can offset things.
The team and Scott revealed a new t-shirt that will be given to fans attending their win-or-go-home Game 6 against the San Antonio Spurs on Thursday night.
The t-shirt features their team slogan “Run As One” in team colors. Scott’s Cactus Jack record label logo is featured on the left sleeve and also stamped with game information commemorating the collaboration.
NBA.com reports that Scott used to be a ball boy for the Rockets in high school and has attended several games this season including their first-round clincher against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Scott will be performing at the game before tipoff and leave at halftime to headline his sold out show at the Revention Music Center.
