Call of Duty WWII is looking to invade your weekend like the Allied Forces who stormed the beaches of France’s Normandy coast when the private beta officially kicks off. Here is your chance to score a free access code!

Call of Duty goes back to its original roots by revisiting World War II, a much different route from last year’s Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

PS4 owners can participate in this weekend’s beta, which officially kicks off August 25, 10 a.m. PDT and ends on the 28th. The catch is you have to pre-order the game if you want to participate. If you haven’t done so, do yourself a favor and head over to the Call of Duty’s official website to reserve your spot and secure a code.

However, you can score a free access code telling Hip-Hop Wired why you deserve in this post’s comment section, or by replying to its corresponding Facebook, Twitter or Instagram post (be sure that you’re following us). (The code allows you to login to http://www.callofduty.com/beta and you will then besent another code just before the beta starts.)

Don’t fret XBOX One owners, you will be able to take Call of Duty WWII for a spin September 1-4, when the open beta officially kicks off. Oh and yes, PS4 owners as well will be able to take part in the open beta.

With EA’s Battlefield franchise successfully taking a trip back to the past, it makes perfect sense for Call of Duty to do the same. With fans of the franchise yearning for Call of Duty to return to it’sWWII roots this game is definitely set to cement Call of Duty’s status as the premiere first-person shooter franchise.
