As for why he decided to sign with Shady Records, Conway says he saw what Em did with 50 Cent at a time when 50 was being blackballed and he felt Em gave him the best “engine” to help me him make his run in the rap game. He does admit that it was a good and bad decision. Though he was able to live his dream and work wit Em, he does say he kind of wishes he would’ve did it on his own as he made it this far without any help.
