Mom Makes Son Wear ‘I Sell Drugs & Steal’ Sign In Public After Numerous Arrests [Video]

Teens are wild these days and one mother has had  enough of her 14-year-old running loose in the streets. After numerous arrests and court dates, Dynesha Lax of Fort Wayne, Indiana  forced her son to wear a sign along Broadway for two hours after she said he broke the law yet again.

The sign read:

“I lie, I steal, I sell drugs, I don’t follow the law.”

Lax stated that her 14-year-old son has already been convicted of multiple felonies and the court system has done little to correct her son’s actions.

“He constantly chooses to break the law. I’ve had my son in the system and he ends up getting nothing but community service. So today I decided that if he wants attention, we are going to get him some attention.”

The teen did end up attracting a lot of attention. Fort Wayne Police were called to the area after someone complained. According to officers, Lax is not breaking any laws and the punishment was allowed to continue.

“He doesn’t show any emotion for it, that’s the reason we’re out here” said Lax. “If he has some sympathy for what he was doing we wouldn’t be out here. I hope this makes it sink in.”

I think if more parents did this we’d all be better off.  Hopefully this tough love will keep the youngin’ out of the penal system in the future.
