FUSE caught up with A$AP Rocky down at the SXSW in Austion, TX and and asked the Harlem rapper to clear up some rumors. After emphatically stating that there will be an A$AP Mob album in May, followed by his debut in early July, if all goes to plan, the Polo Grounds/RCA rapper spoke on the XXL Freshman list. A$AP is infamously absent from the magazine’s annual cover, and has previously stated that scheduling is the reason why he turned it down.

“It just didn’t work out out,” A$AP reiterated to FUSE’s Esteban Serrano, before adding, “I got love for everybody. Personally, I’ma speak my mind, I think a lot of the motherf-ckers on the list are corny as f-ck. Shout out to Danny Brown. I think a few people on there are eligible for it and I think that they deserve to be on that cover.”

As for Iggy Azalea, the Interscope Records signee who A$AP is rumored to be romantically involved with, all he offered was a sly “No comment.” Watch the interview below.
