Rappers want to be Pop stars and Pop stars want to be rappers, too. Katy Perry covered Jay-Z and Kanye West’s international smash “Ni**as In Paris” during her appearance on the BBC’s Radio 1 Live Lounge. After saying, “We’re going to skate to one song and one song only,” the band kicked in and Russell Brand’s ex donned a New York Yankees fitted. “This is about to get real embarrassing,” quipped Perry before ably performing Jigga and Yeezy’s verses. Kudos for not using the N-word, Katy—she replaced it with “ninja.”
