As the sleeves get longer and the leaves start falling, it’s apparent that the Summer has come to an end. In Hip-Hop, next to the 4th quarter and the end of the year, the Summer is arguably the most important time period in music as far as rappers are concerned. From Jay-Z to Rick Ross to Kanye West, they have all always claimed to be able to “heat up the Summer” when it’s time to drop a project.

On this week’s edition of Street Wired, we once again hit the busy streets of New York City to talk to fans of Hip-Hop about their favorite songs to drop in the last three months.
