Shyne has a problem with Rick Ross. The rapper born Jamal Barrow, who converted to Orthodox Judaism and now goes by Moses Levi, has taken issue with Rozay calling his new mixtape The Black Bar Mitzvah. Yesterday (October 7th), the former Bad Boy rapper vented his frustrations via Twitter.
Shyne Po started his Twitter rant by referencing Ross’ past gig as a correction’s officer. “Rick Ross was a cop. He remind me of Ice t from new jack city. What he know about that life? Too many bodies & sentences for all that lying,” he tweeted. “If u was a crooked cop moving all that dope how u become a rapper & expose yourself is a king pin? Where the RICO at? #liar.”
It’s at this point where Shyne shared his disdain for the title of the Maybach Music Group soon to drop mixtape. “Black bartmitzva? These coppers fantasize about the things that i do daily like these coppers rap about the life I live really!,” continued Shyne (note: his spelling, not ours). “How did speaking on the truth become hating? Any body that rap about that life should donate a % of his earnings to ending inner city genocide Mazol tov!”
After some more tweets, that including an assertion that his recent Gangland mixtape is the “realest album out,” Shyne added, “First they criticize me for being a Jew, now they’re favorite fake rapper is having a black bar mitzva? GTFOH.”
That’s not a very kosher attitude now is it?
