Williams originally copped the penthouse condo in 2007 for $12.5 million. The spot, listed by The Jills, is a triplex and boasts a 9,080 square feet with five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms and wraparound terraces that offer views of the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay. We’re guessing Star Trak producer will be taking the paintings by Keith Haring and Takashi Murakami with him, though.
