Rappers are known for smoking that sticky icky (and trying every other drug under the sun if it helps groupies have s-x with them), but when it comes to R&B artists we tend to think their thirst for indulging in illegal drugs is a bit more tame. Even when they sing about blowing trees in their songs, sometimes we write it off as just lyrics or them trying to sound cool.
Especially when it comes to a drug like pot that can alter their money maker vocal chords if used consistently over a long period of time. The fear of a burnt out voice box may deter most crooners, but there are a number of vocalists who smoke with the best of them. And some of them aren’t afraid to let the world know it, and the paparazzi take pictures of it.

Chris Brown: CB is known to do some trippy stuff. But if there was any doubt that Breezy puts that ganja in the air he put those all to rest when he posted pictures of him and his crew in Amsterdam getting Wiz Khalifa wasted.
Rihanna: A lot of people talk that talk, but when it comes to blowing green Ri Ri gets it in with the best of them. Lucky green.
The Weeknd: The Canadian crooner not only looks the part of a ’60s hippy, according to numerous Tumblr posts, he indulges in the finest greenery like one, too.
Usher: OMG. During his custody hearing with his former wife Tameka earlier this year, Ursh had to admit that he partakes in smoking that fine Georgia pine.
Robin Thicke: In February officers pulled over the “S-x Therapy” singer after spotting him blazing a joint in his vehicle.
Macy Gray: If you didn’t already know where Macy Grey got her sandpaper singing pipes from, look no further than her everyday indulgence in top notch greeny green.
Justin Timberlake: In a 2011 interview with Playboy magazine, JT admitted that he tokes on that loud saying, “some people are just better high.”

Bobby V: The pint sized singer looks like a innocent pre-teen, but, in 2009, a scorned jumpoff posted pictures of the singer smoking blunts in his briefs. Momma always said smoking that dope would stunt your growth.
Ray J: After his post Fab scuffle rant it was clear Brandy’s kid bro was smoking something, but as far as we know the Money Team member only puts that Cali crop in the air.
Lady GaGa: A lot of the stuff she does is pretty spaced out. It must be the paper planes.
