Last week, Derrick Rose and adidas debuted the new D Rose 3 collection and the point guard was so overwhelmed with emotion that he started crying. part of what sparked the former NBA MVP’s tears was watching footage of his season ending knee injury. Adidas Basketball currently has a documentary series called “The Return Of D Rose” that follow’s the Chicago native’s recovery and this week we get its third episode, titled “Focus.”

“My biggest fight right now, I would have to say, is just stayin’ focused,” says Rose in this latest episode. “Being patient because I’m impatient. If you think about it I never stop this is the only time in my life where I actually stopped playing basketball.  Even in high school I was always going. Then thinking I was going to be able to play in the Olympics this year, it just killed my dreams.”
