Tyga is being sued over unpaid rent on his mansion located in Malibu, Calif. The Young Money star is being sued by his landlord for failure to cough up the bread for the luxurious home, reports TMZ.

Gholamreza Rezai filed the suit against Tyga and his music company, claiming that he signed an agreement promising to pay the $16,000 a month on the house, but stopped paying as of last month.

As it turns out, Rezai shouldn’t be totally surprised that Tyga stopped taking care of the rent. In September, he expressed security concerns, because fans kept showing up to the house. Upon asking to be let out of the lease, his request was denied, and as a result, he decided not to cover the rent for September. Rezai ordered him to leave by the end of the month, but the 22-year-old is not only still staying at the house, but stopped making rental payments all together.

Rezai is suing for unpaid rent and damages. Meanwhile Tyga has yet to speak on the suit; he is currently on tour, plus working on his forthcoming Hotel California release.

Aside from his musical endeavors the West Coaster is prepping a sneaker line, is expecting a child, and launched an adult website plus directed his first freaky flick.
