If you thought 2 Chainz was done pushing his Based On A T.R.U. Story album, you were wrong. The artist formerly known as Tity Boi drops a video for “Crack,” the latest single from his aforementioned debut.
The Atlanta rapper hasn’t been too quite lately. He drops a verse on Lil Wayne’s “Rich As F**k” from Tunechi’s forthcoming I Am Not A Human Being album and joined Tyga on Diplo’s remix of Psy’s “Gangnam Style.”
As for the Southside produced track, you have to at least chuckle at the “Going so hard, Viagra trying to sign me,” line. Pause, just in case. “Started from the trap now I rap, no matter where I’m at, I got crack,” goes the song’s hook. Consider this a more hood oriented take on Drake’s “Started From The Bottom”? Yeah, we’re reaching.
