For the most part, Pusha T has been fairly mum on the subject of his solo debut My Name Is My Name, revealing only a few producers until now. Fuse caught up with the Virginia native at Coachella, where he reaffirmed that the album will release sooner than later, after revealing the production credits and guest features on the LP.

Pusha called the project a fusion of his three favorite albums: The Notorious B.I.G.’s Life After Death, Mase’s Harlem World, and Raekwon’s Only Built For Cuban Linx.

“[Life After Death, Harlem World and The Purple Tape] are the perfect moods in description of diversity of what I want to hear in rap; the raw RZA edge, the lyricism of Biggie, the arrogance of a Ma$e in Harlem World. I even want to give you a little bit of R&B.”

He feels that he selected the perfect roster of features and producers to bring the project to life. According to Pusha, fans can expect Rick Ross, Future, Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West, 2 Chainz and The Re-Up Gang, while Pharrell, Kanye West, The-Dream, Rico Beats, Swizz Beatz, Nottz, Don Cannon and Hudson Mohawke handled the beats.

Pusha’s collab with K. Dot is said to be over a Nottz beat. Let that marinate for a second.

If “Numbers On the Board” is any indication of the direction the Clipse MC is taking, competition should beware. Be on the lookout for an official release date later this week. See the full interview with Fuse below.
