Rihanna is a bit of an investigator. The singer was spotted partying alongside J.R. Smith in New York recently sparking rumors of a romance (and forcing Chris Brown to air out his Twitter emotions) but it turns out she’s actually figuring out why his game has been so crappy– when it matters the most. True to her reputation, the bajan beauty blessed her rumored former flame with some Grade A slander. Taking to Instagram to respond to a Knicks fan accusing her of still wanting “the pipe,” Rih Rih raked the NBA baller over the coals for his sloppy game, and what sounds like a drinking problem.. “F— you and your wack a– team!! Nobody don’t want that desert thirsty n—-a!!! He f—in up cus his a– be hungover from clubbing every night during playoffs!! So your issue ain’t with rasshole me.”
Wow, somebody sounds angry.
As we all know, Rihanna has no problem going at people on social media, but Smith tends to elicit negative reviews from his former (alleged) conquests. He was previously tied to Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star K. Michelle, which was pretty tumultuous.
To his credit, Smith is trying to remedy his bad game. The New York Daily News reports that the 27-year-old is receiving counseling from John Starks. With Starks’ reputation (his 1994 Game seven playoffs performance posted up embarrassing stats like going 0-10 in the fourth quarter, and costing his team the championship) the end result of reaching out to Smith could either be disastrous, magnificent, or magnificently disastrous.
Knicks are up for elimination in the Eastern Conference. They face off against the Indiana Pacers tonight.
