Rhythm and blues has been quietly flourishing this year. Credit that, in part, to Robin Thicke‘s smash collaboration with T.I. and Pharrell Williams, “Blurred Lines.” Last night (June 13), the underrated crooner and Skateboard P performed the record sans the Kang on Jimmy Kimmel Live!.

From the Myspace launch party at Los Angeles’ El Rey Theatre, the duo sauntered and grooved their way across the stage in front of the packed venue to the smooth cut.

Not to be denied of the funk, attendees Miley Cyrus and Leah Labelle sang alongside the pair on stage towards the end of their live rendition.

In addition, Thicke and Pharrell poked fun at at the track’s now infamous video in a satirical skit featuring Kimmel and Guillermo.

“Blurred Lines” is the title track from the singer’s forthcoming project, due out this year.
