The NBA and adidas have teamed to unveil “BIG Logo” uniforms that its players will be wearing on the court during this year’s Christmas Day games. The jerseys are part of the “BIG Logo” Holiday Collection and are short-sleeve and feature reflective, oversized team logos on the chest.
Warm up jackets and shooting shirts inspired by the holiday sweaters are also part of the collection.. The campaign includes a “Jingle Hoops” television commercial that features Derrick Rose, Kevin Durant, LeBron James and more rocking the gear.
“Last season’s ‘BIG Color’ holiday campaign was an overwhelming success that grabbed fans’ attention, and we wanted to find a way to top it,” said Jamie Gallo, NBA Executive Vice President, Marketing via a press statement. “This season, we’re back with the game’s biggest stars to deliver an engaging and festive sequence that creatively showcases our players’ skills.”
Added Sal LaRocca, NBA Executive Vice President, Global Merchandising, “We worked closely with adidas to create an innovative new uniform design for our Christmas Day games. The BIG Logo collection will provide a unique look oncourt and a variety of products for our fans.”
