North Korea is sure that President Obama shut down their Internet, and they’re steaming mad. To prove it, the National Defense Commission likened the president to a primate in a statement released Saturday (Dec. 27) morning.

“Obama always goes reckless in words and deeds like a monkey in a tropical forest,” said an unidentified spokesman for the commission said.

The government also denied any involvement in the Sony hacks, but once again denounced The Interview, and pointed to the U.S. for causing their Internet outage. “The United States, with its large physical size and oblivious to the shame of playing hide and seek as children with runny noses would, has begun disrupting the Internet operations of the main media outlets of our republic,” the statement said.

North Korea has said in previous announcements that the U.S. government conspired to release The Interview. The country maintains that it had nothing to do with the Sony hacks, which exposed racist jabs at the president courtesy of studio exec. Amy Pascal, and producer Scott Rudin.
