Lil Wayne is suing Cash Money Records, and thus, Birdman, to the tune of $51 million. The full 21 page lawsuit that Tunechi filed has been revealed.

Weezy is basically claiming that after he began recording Tha Carter V, he was due $8M. Then when he finished he was due another $2M. But Bryan “Baby” Williams never paid up the full amount (Wayne got $2M), so now he wants all those Ms.

The suit was filed in NYC. Interestingly, Cash Money’s addressed is based in Delaware because, taxes.

The docs also reference previous disputes between Weezy and Cash Money, starting in 2003, that resulted in settlements.

Weezy also makes it clear that Drake is Young Money’s artist, and don’t you forget it.
