Rap’s innovative and early adopting listeners became privy to Minneapolis’ own Allan Kingdom’s music during his successful 2014 campaign. Then came “All Day,” the monstrous Kanye West single that doubled as the newcomer’s coming out party.
Capitalizing on the attention, Kingdom debuts his new track “Keep It Easy.” The Sledgren, Ricky P & IdLabs-produced beat was originally heard on Wiz Khalifa’s freebie release “Simple Conversation.” But the young MC manages to make the cut his own with a dexterous, albeit braggadocios verse.
“Keep It Easy” is the highlighted song in HHW’s Wired Tracks. Hear it alongside new material from Juvenile, Bad Lucc, Bishop Nehru, T-Pain and more below.
