Wale apparently moved out to Los Angeles to “clear his head.” That’s according to his buddy Jerry Seinfeld, who narrates the announcement that the Washington D.C. rapper is dropping a new mixtape, Summer On Sunset, on Friday, June 17.
Besides Seinfeld, the clips features a montage of Wale politicking with the likes of Drake, Mike Will Made It and Fabolous, among others.
Wale’s proper new album, S.H.I.N.E. (Still Here Ignoring Negative Energy), is still due out later this year. Peep the announcement of Summer On Sunset below.
