Don’t hold your breath if you’re waiting for Kodak Black to get out of jail anytime soon. The Pompano Beach rapper has been accused of sexual battery in South Carolina.

Kodak was set to be released from jail last week on a plea deal, until officials noticed he still had two outstanding arrest warrants and was ordered to be held without bail.

Reports the Sun Sentinel:

Since the 19-year-old Pompano Beach rapper’s pending release from the Broward Main Jail last week was scrapped after deputies discovered two outstanding arrest warrants, few details about those warrants have been released other than the fact he was wanted in St. Lucie County on two misdemeanor cannabis-related charges and in South Carolina on a felony charge of criminal sexual conduct.

Now, on Tuesday, South Carolina authorities for the first time have released more details on the allegations against the Atlantic Records-signed rapper, whose real name is Dieuson Octave.

According to an email statement from Major Michael M. Nunn, a spokesman for the Florence County Sheriff’s Office, investigators there “have obtained an arrest warrant for Dieuson Octave, age 19,” of Pompano Beach.

Kodak stands accused of engaging in sexual battery of a victim at a Florence County, SC hotel on February 7, 2016.

The address, 2120 West Lucas Street, is that of a Comfort Suites budget hotel.

No word on if and when Black will be extradited to South Carolina to face the charges against him.
