The L.A. Leakers somehow got their mitts on a new jam from the Goodie Mob, titled “I’m Set.” If anything, the funky track displays the Dungeon Family member’s keen ear for off kilter production.

The brassy horns and drum line sound like they were made for the halftime show at a HBCU football game. The bars are of top notch quality as well, featuring a rare Cee-Lo rap sighting.

While “I’m Set” is much appreciated, it still doesn’t answer the question at hand. Where’s the album at man? Age Against the Machine was supposed to release before year’s end, but at this point the very idea of a new Goodie Mob project is borderline mythical. Add them to the category with Jay Electronica and Dr. Dre.

Recently, Cee Lo found himself accused of s-xual battery by an L.A. woman. While those claims play out in court, the Atlanta native has Christmas album, Cee Lo’s Magic Hour, out right now.
