Terrell Owens is steady losing. The latest entry on T.O.’s extensive list of L’s comes via real estate, with the former NFL wide receiver selling his massive Georgia mansion for less than half the original asking price.

TMZ reports that Owens sold the property for $694,000. That’s nothing to sneeze at during these economic times, and when no NFL team wants to pay you (he made $28 an hour while trying to earn a spot with the Seattle Seahawks). However, T.O. originally put the home on the market in 2010 and was asking for a cool $1.5 million.

Recently, Owens has been selling a number of his properties since he is cash strapped, technically unemployed and has plenty of child support to pay. Whoever picked up the crib got a bargain. The 7,694 square-foot spot is just outside of Atlanta and features 6 bedrooms and 8 baths. From a look at the photos, there is a full size basketball court, a huge pool, a home theater, a gym, a walk-in closet the size of a small apartment and much, much more.

T.O. isn’t the only, and last, athlete to experience financial woes that impact their homes in GA. Allen Iverson is currently fighting to stop his Atlanta home, that was foreclosed, from getting auctioned off by the bank.
