All players got check out of the game some day, right? Kanye West is reportedly selling his Los Angeles bachelor pad so he can move in with his girlfriend Kim Kardashian.
According to TMZ:
Kanye West has JUST listed his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad … TMZ has learned … because he’s clearing the decks to move into his new Bel Air mansion with Kim Kardashian.
Kanye’s listing the 3 bedroom, 4 bath crib for $3.3 million. The house is 4,214 square feet.
Now here’s the predicament … the average list price in the area is $2.54 mil. Kanye tried in vain to sell the house in 2010 for more than $4 mil, so at least he’s come down on price.
TMZ broke the story … Kanye and Kim just bought a $9 million mansion in Bev Hills that has slightly more space — actually, it’s 14,000 square feet.
This appears to be the same crib, once again, that Yeezy has had up for sale multiple times before. Last June, the condo was burglarized while the G.O.O.D. Music rapper was away in Europe. We’re thinking security must be better nowadays since he is currently overseas performing and ranting about whatever topic he feels worthy of discussing on a given night.
