Timbaland promised that his work on Justin Timberlake’s 20/20 Experience was only the beginning of what he’s set forth to do in 2013. The legendary producer continues to show us better than he can tell us by bringing back his Timbaland Thursday series with this new song by Attitude called “Whole Lotta.”

The Virginia’s natives cameo in DJ Khaled‘s “No New Friends” movie was part of the bigger picture apparently, as the We The Best Music Group head honcho lends his patented “exuberance” to this track. That sets the tone for an age old question: “Why you keep looking at me? There’s a whole lotta h-es in here.”

Timbaland lends his vocals to the chorus, and experiments with the Middle Eastern sounds on the production.

We’re not too keen on this cut sonically or song wise, especially when you consider that it follows JT’s critically acclaimed album, Jay-Z’s temporary show stealer “Open Letter,” and Beyoncé’s “Bow Down / I Been On.” Three for four isn’t bad, though.

Don’t let us skew your opinion. Hear the record below and let us know if you dig it in the comments.
