Nipsey Hussle has been batting a thousand on his latest string of releases, and continues to be consistent with the third of hopefully many more tracks to come called “Respect Ya Passion.”
A soulful vocal loop, courtesy of criminally underrated producer BINK!, inspires a few potent bars about life from the Los Angeles native. He imparts street logic with lines like “It’s really quite logical/ If you was me, you wouldn’t shoot at them if they just shot at you?”
Nipsey’s recent drops are actually a direct result a gaining more Twitter followers. For every 2,000 gained, he promises a new song. So far, the XXL Freshman alumni has held true to his end of the bargain by liberating “Smoking With My Stylist,” “Face The World,” and now “Respect Ya Passion.”
