We receive another heater courtesy of Kelly Rowland with “Street Life.” On paper, the song was destined to be quality because of contributions from former Star Trak collaborators Pusha T and Pharrell Williams.

Skateboard P manned the boards, and laced the Destiny’s Child songstress with a hell of a beat. Bouncy percussion knocks over a captivating melody and a thumping bass line. Meanwhile the “Dirty Laundry” singer gives us verses from the perspective of those living in the hood.

Rowland makes it very clear that “the name of the game is money” on the chorus. With that in mind, it only made sense that Pusha Ton spew some of is gaudy, street savvy on the cut.

“Street Life” is the latest offering from Rowland’s forthcoming release Talk A Good Game, out June 18.

Lend an ear to the cut below.
