Music was in a pretty good place this week by our standards. The Internets received new material from some of Hip-Hop’s biggest artist and most talked about up-and-comers alike.

We saw a surprise drop from a familiar southern autotune crooner. In the same breath, we had to select from a quartet of new releases courtesy of a YMCMB superstar. Thirdly, a legend and an artist with a great chance to live up to those standards connected on wax, as well.

Check out this installment of The Wrap Up: Hip-Hop Wired’s Top 10 Songs Of The Week after the jump. Let us know if we missed anything in the comments.

Future – “Sh¡t” (Prod. By Mike Will Made It)

Future Vandross ditched the crooning for some aggressive chants. It works.

Action Bronson – “Heel Toe” (Prod. By Harry Fraud)

Bronsolino is certainly one of the illest rhyming right now.

Wale ft. Dom Kennedy & YG – “Hella”

In a perfect world, “Hella” could have been a worthy single. Listen to hear why.

Fabolous – “Young OG”

It’s always good to hear some quality bars from Loso. This is no different.

Daft Punk ft. Pharrell – “Get Lucky” (Remix)

As if “Get Lucky” wasn’t already a perfect song, the Robots returned with a 10 minute remix for your listening pleasure.

The Bullitts ft. Jay Electronica – “Murder Death Kill”

We’re at a crossroads with this track, because Jay Elect still hasn’t dropped a proper album. It’s definitely an ill piece of work, though.

Gourdan Banks ft. Meek Mill – “Where Are You”

Meek provided a platform for his Dreamchasers artist, and the Philly crooner knocked it out of the park.

Drake ft. J. Cole – “Jodeci Freestyle”

Raw lyricism is all Aubrey and Jermaine had to give on this heater.

Migos ft. Drake – “Versace”

Drizzy has a known history on hopping on remixes and demolishing them — especially tracks of a southern variety.

J. Cole & Nas – “Let Nas Down” (Remix)

Two generations met in the middle and the end result was a truly beautiful moment in Hip-Hop.
