Designer Jeremy Scott, known for pushing the envelope with his sneaker designs, is back with a new pair of adidas JS Wings 2.0 “Money” that will draw a lot of attention.

Because Scott is known for pushing the envelope creatively and releases with crazy interpretations, his designs are heavily sought and have arguably led to a resurgence in the adidas brand; not mention his popularity within the Hip-Hop community.

Sporting a neutral palette, the shoe is offset by green stitching that serves as a contrast. Its silhouette is covered with the template of the dollar bill and gracing the sole is the designer’s signature. Upon further inspection you will realize that instead of having the familiar George Washington image on the dollar bill, it is actually Scott himself.

This isn’t the fashion maven’s first foray in using American currency as a design motif. In 2002 he released a limited edition run of the adidas Forum Mid that served as a precursor to what you see today.

These flamboyant kicks are set to release July 27, and can be purchased at adidas retailers. Check out photos on the following pages.
