Big Sean drops the official, we think, video for his latest single, “Fire.” In an odd (or timely) twist, the visual stars America’s favorite twerking white chick Miley Cyrus.

The G.O.O.D. Music rapper doesn’t actually appear in the clip, save for his image on the cover of his forthcoming album, Hall Of Fame. Instead, besides images of a burning pair of SOUL headphones, the video features slow motion shots of Cyrus; she isn’t twerking, though. No shots, but was the Detroit rapper’s girlfriend Naya Rivera not available?

The “Guap” rapper explained the clip on his Instagram:

#Fire video! A special video for a song! I teamed up w/ Miley Cyrus for this video because she’s somebody who’s had a personal evolution as a lot of us have had. Besides all the personal stories I tell in the song…there are so many other ways people can make it through the fire. i think Miley did a great job as a metaphor for strong women, being a strong person after heartbreak (hence the burning pic that could symbolize her old romance) , or maybe even deeper problems, but in the end remaining as elegant as a rose. It’s a cool visual that has a cool concept and meaning to it. Thanks to everybody who played a part in it n it’s way more visuals coming! #HOF.27 make sure u check the full version of the song too… All on http://www.uknowbigsean.com

Big Sean’s sophomore album, Hall Of Fame, is in stores August 27. Check out the video for “Fire” below and let us know what you think in the comments.
