Twenty years is a crowning achievement for any publication. That’s why VIBE magazine is celebrating their two decades and counting tenure for the entire year. Las Vegas served as the locale for their most recent soiree yesterday, August 20.
The mag invaded the popular spot TAO Beach for a daytime pool party hosted by La La Anthony. Chris Brown’s ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran was among attendees at the festive event.
There was also an after party at the House of Blues, which was a Malibu Red-sponsored concert headlined by the trippy king Juicy J and Brooklyn’s own Talib Kweli.
Prior to the show, Malibu Red held a cocktail reception where they showed an exclusive documentary commemorating the partnership between Ne-Yo and their brand. VIP party guests were given Sprayground back packs contained with Sol Republic headphones, custom VIBE 20th New Era hats and Civil apparel.
