Hip-Hop’s favorite boogeyman is back on the wrong side of the law. Suge Knight was arrested last night after cops pulled over his truck and discovered there was a warrant out for his arrest.
According to TMZ, Dr. Dre’s nemesis was picked up just outside Beverly Hills:
LAPD cops noticed Suge straddling 2 lanes at around 12:30 as he tooled along in his truck … which had no license plates. The Death Row Records founder was pulled over and police quickly determined he was stone cold sober … which was good.
Here’s the problem. It seems Suge didn’t appear in court for one of those pesky crimes of driving with a suspended license, so a warrant was issued for his arrest.
So Suge was chauffeured to a nearby jail in the back of a black and white. He’s still there … on $20k bail.
The last time Suge was in the news it was because, you guessed it, a warrant was issued for his arrest since he didn’t show up in court.
Suge also had a pair of bench warrants earlier in the year and a year ago he was threatening to bless Rick Ross with the fade simply because the Miami rapper is friends with Sean “Diddy” Combs.
