Raekwon proves why F.I.L.A., an acronym for Fly International Luxurious Art, is the perfect title for his upcoming album with each new release. It’s clear that he’s in a great space creatively on a new track called “T.U.R.K.E.Y.,” featuring The Kid Daytona and Mic Geronimo.

With The Chef running the point, he and his collaborators get busy over buttery smooth production. It’s clearly a New York thing, as Queens native Geronimo and the Bronx’s Daytona lyrically go toe to toe with the Wu-Tang veteran on the RoadsArt-produced beat.

Earlier this week, Raekwon appeared alongside N.O.R.E. and Prodigy on “New York City,” a unified effort orchestrated by Brooklyn’s own Troy Ave. Here’s to hoping that rapper’s from the Big Apple will continue churning out records like these.

There’s still no word on when Raekwon will deliver F.I.L.A. Hear “T.U.R.K.E.Y.” below in the mean time.
