Prep yourselves for an audible blessing via The Wrap Up: Hip-Hop Wired’s Top 10 Songs Of The Week. As always, we’ve provided the best listening experiences the past seven days had to offer because we love you all.
Call this the gumbo edition of our weekly series, because these selections hail from all over the country. That’s a G.O.O.D. thing, too. From underground wordsmiths to your favorite major label players, it seems like a collection of MCs decided to debut quality material.
If only each week could be like this.
Nevertheless, we saw two legends in their own right add another dope collaboration to their extensive cannon. We also received another worthy release from a certain comedian-turned-rapper.
Find them all in The Wrap Up after the jump. Enjoy.

Smoke DZA ft. Wiz Khalifa & Curren$y – “Legends In The Making (Ashtray Pt. 2)”
Smokers unite in the name of bars on this hazy tune that fellow Mary Jane connoisseurs are sure to enjoy.
Med, Blu & Mayer Hawthorne – “The Buzz” (Prod. By Madlib)
This is a hell of a line up. The rhymes are potent, the harmonies are on point, and the beat features all of the boom-bap goodness you want from the Stones Throw producer.
Freddie Gibbs – “Still Livin’ 2”
There’s nothing like quality street rap. Again, Gangsta Gibbs delivers.
Casey Veggies ft. Curren$y – “Life$tyle (Remix)”
Yes, we know this appeared on the young MC’s Life Changes mixtape, but the addition of Spitta gives this groove an entirely new feel.
Childish Gambino – “Melrose”
Bino isn’t exactly, umm, rapping here, but this tune is just too smooth to ignore.
Styles P ft. Action Bronson & Easy Money – “All I Got”
Two of NYC’s more potent MCs in The Ghost and Bronsolino rhyming over Statik Selektah production? Oh, we have time for that.
Doughboyz Cashout ft. Jeezy, Pusha T, & Big K.R.I.T. – “Pure White”
This is your favorite trapper’s favorite trap record right now. No lie.
Fashawn – “The Beginning” (Prod. By Evidence)
It’s a crime that more people haven’t championed this Fresno MC.
Eminem ft. Buckshot – “Don’t Front”
We might have seen more of this had Slim Shady signed with Duck Down Records. It’s great to dream, right?
Busta Rhymes ft. Q-Tip, Lil Wayne & Kanye West – “Thank You”
This is absolutely the illest track we could have hoped for this week.
