The New England Patriots also have shown that the Denver Broncos will not walk away with the AFC without a fight. And who can really say that they can stop Seattle Seahawks with Russell Wilson playing on a video arcade level?
Even with all this football greatness spread throughout our favorite holiday, we were still served a heaping side dish of gridiron struggle.
Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike Tomlin is now a meme superstar with his epic slide off the playing field that allegedly cost the Baltimore Ravens a touchdown. And Geno Smith got his official New York Jets quarterback stripes as he was benched at halftime against the Miami Dolphins.
