Let this Friday night be guided by some quality music. Besides, isn’t that what The Wrap Up: Hip-Hop Wired’s Top 10 Songs Of The Week for?

We don’t want to jump the gun, but Christmas may have come early this year as far as Hip-Hop is concerned. Some of the game’s biggest artist dropped new songs for our enjoyment. And that’s what we did — enjoy.

This includes a highly anticipated cut from two of the biggest bosses in the culture; and that’s literally in one case. Another rapper, known to have a chip on his shoulder, translated a recent rant into a dope rhyme.

Hear it all in The Wrap Up after the jump.

Freddie Gibbs – “Thug Till It’s Over”

Gangsta Gibbs is thuggin’ til the death on this soulful tune. This is that music your mother used to play.

Mac Miller ft. Future – “Earth”

Who knew that a Mac Mill and Future track would work so well?

Troy Ave ft. Styles P – “Do It”

The Brooklyn rhymer is on a crusade to represent NYC properly, and a ton of OGs are behind his movement.

Oddisee – “Invisible Walls”

Love songs don’t get much more lyrical than this. And that’s without mentioning the euphoric production.

Nickelus F – “Sunday”

Virginia should be proud of this underrated MC. This track caps off a strong year from Nickelus.

KiD CuDi – “Satellite Flight”

If you still aren’t completely sold on Cudder, let this be an example of his better material. Word to the hypnotic beat and vocals.

Slaughterhouse – “Party”

With Just Blaze at the helm, you can tell that Slaughterhouse have a bit more direction. That’s a scary sight.

Wale – “Walk N’ Live”

Following the Complex Magazine rant, the MMG rapper promised he’d make it up with a new release. Boy, was he telling the truth.

Future ft. ScHoolboy Q & Diddy – “Sh!t (Remix)”

This is our personal favorite out of Future’s “Sh!t” remixes. Yes, we heard the version featuring Drizzy. That’s cool, but it isn’t this.

Rick Ross ft. Jay Z – “The Devil Is A Lie”

This isn’t the best thing collaboration the proven duo have created, but it’s more than serviceable for what they wanted to achieve.
